It is also very important that I understand your particular circumstances and the home that I am Selling for You. This allows me to design an individual Marketing/Sales Plan that will have maximum effectiveness and achieve your goals.

These are the components of an effective Marketing/Sales Plan.

1. Firstly “Thank You” for the trust, opportunity and recognition of my skills to Sell your home for you.

5. We will complete the Listing Forms together and this will allow me permission to go ahead and do what I do best – Sell Your Real Estate!

6. I will then design your Individual Marketing Plan that will achieve your Real Estate Goals. This plan will include Signage. Internet Advertising on over 15 Real Estate website, flyers direct to letter boxes, QR codes, Blue Book exposure, Home Opens, and the support of the Harcourts Team. When you list with me, you effectively list with every member of my Team and backed up by patented cutting edge technology and thousands of offices worldwide to provide essential exposure for your property. (We need this exposure to give you the best chance of selling your property because the buyer of your home may be in another City, State or even Country).

7. I will give you expert information about How to Prepare Your Home for Sale in order for your home to be most saleable.

8. I will give you expert information about the Common Mistakes Sellers and Buyers Make. This will ensure we are aware of common mistakes to avoid so we can have a smooth real estate transaction.
9. During the selling period, I will be with you every step of the way. I will give you regular feedback from the buyers too. This will allow us to have a pro-active approach to our sales plan and “tweak it” as required to ensure we achieve your Selling Goals.

10. If you are looking at purchasing another home when this one sells, I will be actively searching for that dream home for you to move into.
